Metrolina Regional Scholars Academy

As Scholars we wish for students at Jelu to have the supplies and fundamental needs met to continue to have a proper education and life. Its the hope they grow to be prosperous members of their community. Further, as environmentally conscientious students we strongly desire to contribute our support to the effort in addressing the water crisis in India.

Milo's H2O Funds

I want to strive to make the world a better place for people and water is an essential part to our everyday lives. Everyone should be able to access clean and healthy water as well as learn how it impacts us and those around us who aren't able to access it as easily. I'm hoping to raise awareness and money to help people!

Minnetonka Middle School West

The students at MMW really want to participate in H2O for Life because we are learning about how water and the lack of clean water can affect people all over the world. We learned about The Lost Boys and their story. We watched 'God Grew Tired of Us' and can see first hand that these people need our help. We can help them by giving them money to build a water well. We know how important water is and that they need water to survive, this is something we can do to take action and help our 'world family'.

Mira Costa High School

We are so motivated by the work that is done by H2O for Life Club. Our chapter of this organization has been existent at Mira Costa High School since 2008. We address water issues in nations around the world. We raise money to develop water systems in cities that need them, especially in underdeveloped nations. By working with different schools in third world countries, we are providing these schools with a sanitary water system that benefits the entire community. The money not only goes toward building effective water sanitation and distribution systems, buts also helps raise awareness to neighboring about hygiene, sanitation, and maintenance. Last year we helped build a water system in Kenya. The Year before that, we worked with a school in New Delhi, India. This year we worked with a school in Malawi (another African nation). We hope to continue helping communities across the world with their water problems and end this year with another successful build.

Mission 5&2

Mission 5&2 offers youth sports programs year round that also aims to spread the message of kindness for EVERYONE without judgement. Our 2021 Multi-Sport & Service Summer Camp will teach the kids that acts of service to others can be of all sizes and reach. Each day of the week we will learn how we can serve at home (M), our community (TU), our region (W), our nation (TR), and the world (F). On Friday the kids will complete a Walk for Water to raise funds for Los Pozas!

Moncure Elementary School

Our chorus, World Drum Group, and Ukulele Clubs recognize the power of music to enrich our lives and our togetherness. Just as music serves our spirit and enriches our culture, we want to "pay it forward" by sharing our gratitude, through service. We know we are fortunate to attend school in a community that provides for our basic quality of life needs such as clean water, heating and cooling, and lighting. We do not take these things for granted and would like to help others who may not be provided with these basic needs. Clean, on-site water is a true "game-changer" when it comes to quality of life at school, and in any community. The rich culture of Africa has given marvelous gifts of art and music to the world

Monona Grove High School

One of our units in our environmental science class was on the Global Freshwater Crisis. What we learned through this unit was incredibly disturbing and we felt like we needed to do something to help. Currently our class has many different projects going on to help mitigate this crisis. Our group's goal was to focus on getting people reliable access to clean water as soon as possible. We will be doing fundraising events across our school district to help bring clean water to this community.

Monroe Middle School

We just want to help kids in Ethiopia have a better chance at having access to clean water, better health, and an education!

Montgomery Bell Academy

Since its beginning, the MBA Service Club has expanded its range of duty and purpose enormously. Its mission has evolved from in-school projects to funded projects that require hundreds of hours from MBA students. This student-run organization seeks to extend the MBA community beyond the scope of the school. The group performs projects both to give back to the larger Nashville community and to raise revenue for the school itself. Working outside of the MBA community benefits MBA students by allowing them to give of themselves and experience the value of community service. Thoughts for teaming up with H2O for Life: With an established annual Spring Break service trip to the Dominican Republic where students and faculty from MBA and Harpeth Hall work together to build homes and schools for poverty-stricken communities, both schools are thrilled at the opportunity to expand their outreach to support global water projects in partnership with H2O for Life.

Most Holy Trinity Catholic School

We want to help children of our age group who are in need. Please help us reach our goal!
