Posted by Steve Hall on February 14

On February 12, H2O for Life’s Education Project Manager, Judy Onufer, was invited to be a guest speaker for a class at Simley High School in Inver Grove Heights, MN.  Colleen Parker’s class of 10th and 11th-grade students learned about the global water crisis and the biographies of 6 women in the STEAM fields who have made a difference for communities around the world facing water resource issues.  Judy also engaged the students in some fascinating hands-on science activities that illustrated the dynamics of water surface tension.

Simley High School is raising funds to support safe water for families in the Navajo Nation, United States. You can help support the student’s efforts HERE.
