H2O for Life, in conjunction with the Minnesota Wild, supports disaster relief efforts

SAINT PAUL, Minn. – The National Hockey League’s (NHL) Minnesota Wild, in conjunction with the American Red Cross, H2O for Life, and iHeartRadio, announced today that the team will hold a bottled water drive on Saturday, Oct. 14 from 4 to 7 p.m. prior to the Minnesota Wild home opener against the Columbus Blue Jackets at 7 p.m. Fans are encouraged to bring bottled water to aid the American Red Cross with their disaster relief efforts. 

    All fans who make a bottled water donation will receive a 15% discount at The Hockey Lodge retail store. Additionally, the first 500 fans will receive a Water Warrior pen courtesy of H2O for Life. H2O for Life helps teachers and students throughout the United States raise awareness about the global water crisis while taking action to provide funds for a water, sanitation, and hygiene education project for a partner school in the developing world.
