Exciting News!

Posted by Patty Hall on June 24, 2015

In early June, H2O for Life President, Patty Hall, was a featured speaker for the Rotary International Conference hosted in Brazil.  Patty, along with Rotarian Nancy Gilbert, shared an upcoming collaborative project that will be launched in the fall.  Along with Rotary Clubs, Proctor and Gamble and H2O for Life, 30 schools in Nigeria will receive water, sanitation and hygiene education over the next 2 years. We are providing an opportunity for local Rotary Clubs around the world and donor schools around the world to work together in their local communities to raise funds for a shared project.  Proctor and Gamble will provide matching funds for the campaign, and local Nigerian Rotary Clubs will provide sustainability visits and also contribute funds to the school projects.

As you choose a school partner for your H2O for Life project during 2015-16, we encourage you to consider choosing a school in Nigeria.

Projects will be available on our website in early August for the coming school year.  Thanks for your past support, and join us again for our WASH in Schools service learning program.  Our program will change the way your students view the world, and view the precious resource- WATER. We will help you educate a generation of global citizens.
