18,000 students come together!

Posted by Steve Hall on October 9, 2013
H2O for Life was part of the first ever Minnesota We Day- celebrating local and global youth service. Hosted at the Xcel center, it was amazing to witness 18,000 youth gathered together and committed to changing the world.
If your school was not represented at We Day this year, plan ahead to attend next year.  H2O for Life can help your school reach and exceed the local and global service requirements.  You can not purchase tickets to We Day, all students who wish to attend are expected to complete a local, and a global, service project to earn their way in.
Yesterday, 18,000 youth left the Xcel center inspired and excited to make a difference in the world. Don’t let the momentum fade away.
Begin today!
H2O for Life would like to help your school. We provide a transformational service learning opportunity for youth to learn about the global water crisis while taking local and global actions that have impact. We will provide a global connection to a school in a developing country that desperately needs water, sanitation and hygiene education. We’ll provide curriculum, action activities and fundraising ideas that will make your project easy and a project that is available for all students to support. Your students can help students around the world have access to a safe drink of water and an adequate latrine- something we take for granted.
2 schools will each win a Kindle Fire!
It can be used as a gift for a teacher, student or an incentive during your service learning events. Sign up and choose a partner school by December 15th to be entered to win a Kindle Fire!
Not going to put your project into action until spring? No problem, sign up today and get the school of your choice.
*All projects must be completed by June 15, 2014.
