UN SDGs: Making Connections to SDG #6

Lesson Overview: 
Students are introduced to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and discover how all 17 goals work together to create a healthier, more sustainable world. Through interactive discussions and hands-on activities, students explore how Goal #6: Clean Water and Sanitation connects to every other goal while learning how they can make a positive impact through service learning.

Before You Begin
  • Review the presentation slides.
  • Print and cut out the SDG cards.
  • Print student worksheets (optional).
  • Organize students into small groups
  •  Decide whether to use table discussions or a gallery walk.
