WATER WINGS tomorrow

My third graders duck pieces are in for the auction portion of WATER WINGS tomorrow (AKA auction, carnival, bake sale, performance, program/speeches, art exhibit, etc. etc.) -- This year's' kids did a wonderful job on their ducks! We have some great wearables including leggings, hats, a raincoat made from recycled plastic bags and feathers, and even a pair of "Duc Martens"! Sculptures and dioramas range from a duck gallery to a duck space shuttle, AND even a duck plane complete w/ parachuter! Pirates, cheerleaders and beach scenes were big this year as well! Please join us tomorrow (SAT 4/14) at St. Matt's Parish Hall on 8th street (around the corner from the school) at 12:30 for a lot fun -- ALL designed to bring awareness of the world water crisis & clean water water and sanitation to St. Luke's Primary School in Nigeria via H2O for Life!
