Every Drop Matters!
There’s a girl out there who is just like me, but that girl lives in a town with no access to water and incredibly poor sanitation. They are usually not lucky enough to have sewers in the town or even toilets and sometimes waste floods the roads. Every day she has to walk miles and miles just to get to “fresh” water, which isn’t really clean. The she has to walk all the way back with gallons of water. When she is supposed to be going to school instead she is forced to go gather water. She slowly starts falling behind in her schoolwork. When she hits puberty she might even drop out of school because of the terrible sanitary conditions at the school. Without an education it is like she is chained to the town. It would be almost impossible for her to do anything with her life in these conditions.
If
you were that girl wouldn’t you want someone to reach out
and help you? That’s what H2O is all about: Help to Others!
People around the world are humans who deserve a fair chance
to do something with their lives! I really hope you decide to
help and make even just a little bit of difference! Put a drop
in the bucket!
EVERY DROP MATTERS!
